Zona esposta a sud est tra due valli a 12 Km dal mare con presenza di neve in inverno e temperature che oscillano dai 35° estivi e -2° invernali microclima particolare per la presenza di una faggeta ad 1 Km dall'ubicazione della stazione. zona dove spesso interessata da accumuli di nebbia per la presenza delle valli ad est ed ovest del poggio su cui e ubicata la stazione. Intorno non al poggio non sussistono edifici alti, ne asfalto ne illuminazione pubblica
