La stazione meteo è ubicata in una zona molto umida del paese proprio di fronte al fiume Follina. In inverno l’irraggiamento è scarso e già dopo le 14 la zona è in ombra avendo a sud ovest una fascia collinare di 300m slm Le minime invernali sono molto basse anche grazie alla posizione sotto le prealpi trevigiane e in zona soggetta a inversione termica molto marcata. In estate le giornate si presentano molto calde anche grazie al sole che è presente fino alle 19.30 nelle giornate più lunghe. Durante la notte la temperatura si abbassa abbondantemente sotto i 20º salvo durante le ondate di calore.
