Situazione di fondovalle sudalpino soggetto a favonio in un contesto paragonabile alla campagna. L'installazione si situa ai piedi della montagna nelle vicinanze del bosco. L'orografia del territorio causa sopratutto nei mesi invernali un soleggiamento ridotto. La zona è soggetta a inversioni termiche anche piuttosto marcate. Microclima tendenzialmente più fresco delle aree limitrofe in inverno. In gennaio ci si può attendere di norma una temperatura media di poco inferiore a +1°C, mentre in luglio il valore normale è superiore a +21°C.
